Leading the full rebuild of the official 433 mobile app from scratch - serving 77M+ football fans on iOS and Android. Owned the entire mobile architecture: defined the multi-modular project structure, selected the tech stack (Flutter + Bloc), and established coding standards for the engineering team. Implemented clean architecture patterns, automated CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring to ensure sub-second load times and 99.5%+ crash-free sessions at scale.
Receipto
Built end-to-end as sole developer - an AI-powered receipt scanner and expense tracker live on the App Store. Engineered smart OCR extraction using OpenAI that automatically detects merchant names, dates, amounts, and line items across 162+ currencies and 40+ languages. Designed an offline-first architecture with Hive for instant local storage, Cloudflare Workers for serverless processing, and a clean modular codebase with Bloc. Features include email-to-receipt forwarding, PDF/Excel export, analytics dashboards, and dark mode - all with a sub-200ms UI response time.
Ignite Tournaments
Led the Flutter team to build a real-time esports tournament platform from the ground up - shipped to both App Store and Google Play. Architected the app with clean architecture and Riverpod for scalable state management, integrated crypto/NFT wallet SDKs and payment gateways, and built real-time matchmaking features powered by WebSockets. Developed the NestJS backend with PostgreSQL, handling tournament brackets, leaderboards, and reward distribution for thousands of concurrent players.

Designed and built a personal finance app that uses AI to help users track expenses, plan budgets, and set savings goals. Integrated OpenAI for smart financial insights and automated categorization. Solo-built a live boxing companion app from concept to launch - including custom Figma designs, Flutter development, and backend architecture. Features real-time fight tracking, interactive result submissions, fighter leaderboards, and push notifications for upcoming events. Built the backend with Supabase edge functions and RPC, Firebase FCM for notifications, and Bloc for state management. Delivered a production-ready app with clean multi-modular architecture in under 8 weeks.
GYMERZ
Built the Flutter mobile app for a fitness marketplace and social network connecting users with coaches, gyms, nutritionists, and supplement retailers. PennyFlow

Built an enterprise Flutter app for Poste Maroc (national postal service) to digitize procurement workflows.
